There are three levels of membership:

• Professional – Medically Licensed by the State of Illinois
• Certified Member – Certified AHA CPR/AED and or First Aid
• Support Member – Non-Licensed

NOTE: We offer AHA Certified CPR/AED Training to those who wish to become certified members.

In order to be recognized as a full patch member with full voting rights one must meet the following requirements:

1. Fully paid membership annual dues in the EMS ROADDOCS RC (membership is open to; male or female full time, part time, or reserve or retired EMS.) Anyone who has a CPR card or serves in the Police, Military, Firefighters, or Civil Defense - with the approval of the executive board or originating officer.

2.  A spouse or significant other of a full member.

3.  Must be at least 21 years of age, and demonstrate the ideals and values of the EMS ROADDOCS of Illinois with:
     a.  Endorsement of a full member in good standing.
     b.  Percentage of medical members must not be less than 60%

Are you interested in obtaining membership in the EMS ROADDOCS of Illinois?

1.   If you're interested in joining but do not have a sponsor and are not yet known to us, we invite you to attend a club event or activity and introduce yourself to a chapter member. When the board feels that you're ready to become a member, we'll assign you a sponsor. You will then be invited to a general meeting and be introduced as a candidate for membership.

2.  If the you are known by a member of the EMS ROADDOCS of Illinois that member will become your sponsor and will introduce you at a general club meeting.

EMS ROADDOCS membership will continue as long as a person maintains membership in good standing.

1.   A member in good standing must be paid in full with annual dues.
2.   All chapter members will be required to comply with the EMS ROADDOCS of Illinois by-laws and their individual chapter opening policy.
3.  All EMS ROADDOCS of Illinois members will be required to participate in at least 1 sanctioned event per year supporting EMS ROADOC chapter activities and events in doing so.
